Dragging page icon into bookmarks menu or the bookmarks toolbar creates two
identical bookmarks.

Using the Add bookmark dialog works as expected.

Seems to have regressed between 20050330 and 20050331

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any page in the browser
2. Drag the page icon from the address bar into bookmarks menu

Actual Results:  
Firefox creates two identical bookmarks

Expected Results:  
Create only one bookmark
