After first start Mozilla Mail (after start Windows), the Mail need confirm the
dialog of default application. If I choose checkbox of "Do not view this
message..." and i confirm the message as Yes the Mail starts, but after close it
and close Quick Launch the message shows every.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I tried set Mozilla Mail as default application in Preferences.

Actual Results:  
If I 1. the Mozilla Mail shows message again.


I use default theme and default setting. In previoues version (1.8a6) it didn't do.

Please try again with a current build; this is likely a dupe of bug 279627.
