VC 02 has the following formatting issues:
1)	The numbers on the Y axis have different fonts and colors.  
2)	The bar graphs do not have the dollar and percent numbers displayed on 
top of the bars.

I'm sorry, that sounds like a problem with your local installation. Could you
explain the problem further? If it's a local problem, then it's not a bug and
shouldn't be reported here.
