Details

We have immediate need to be able to use the mozillafoundation.org domain name
in a production capacity for email, and Hula is not stable enough to trust with
this need yet, so a separate mailserver running either sendmail or postfix needs
to be set up with forwarding addresses so the basics will work.

Hula will get moved to hula.mozillafoundation.org for the time being until it
stablizes then we'll combine the two again at that point.
Done.  we're using mecha for the new mail server because it's temporary, and was
the easiest to set up.
