The links at the top of the page are not clickable.  If you bring up Internet
Explorer, the web page works properly.  I have no idea whether the fault is with
Firefox or with the website, but I thought I'd report it to you.

Your javascript navigation attempts to use document.all.navTable.rows, if
this is a regression, it is quite possibily a Dup of Bug 289263 "document.all.tags
no longer works".

You could repair your page either by using <a> tags with href= attributes in your
page, or by using document.getElementById( ) ion your javascript.
