It doesn't appear to be possible, using the GUI at least, to customise the
home-page. Perhaps an extra setting in the settings dialog could provide this
function?

also what home page tabs.  not sure if we will control these on the client, or sync to some service where it could be configured/managed from your pc, or the device
fixed as written up.  we do need to support bookmarking tabs which is tracked in another bug.
