Details
When I entered the last bug report, I noticed the line wrap was wrong
Now it is working for me. Damn.
What it would do is this, if I hit enter, the cursor would show up 2 lines down
and not on the next line.
If I then started typing, it was on the next line. Good luck on squashing this
one.
Oh! there! it just did it! I changed the focus from this entry window to
change severity from normal to minor and now the 2 line advance happened.
Perhaps that is what you need to do. I'll submit a followup to see.

Hey. Have you checked out
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html ? It would really
help if you provided the information outlined there. In particular, what build
are you using? M13 is now a month old, and the bug has likely been fixed. If
you are using M13, could you check with a newer build?
