I somethimes need to copy and paste an entire email from thunderbird to
external applications or text editors. I can select the message body with the
mouse or with "select all" but I'm unable to select the headers (From, To,
Subject, Date...).

The only way I have to select them is opening Message Source (CTRL+U). I
believe that should be a way to select the entire email (simple headers
included) to paste it in an external application.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to select an entire email (CTRL+A) or manually select message headers.
2. Copy and paste it: you'll only get the message body.

Actual Results:
Only the message body is copied.

Expected Results:
Also paste the From/To/Subject/Date headers.
