I just submitted bug 289146 which is about Mozilla Localisation. This bugreport
contains some German characters. However, Firefox "guessed" that it would be
Korean and displayed the page as if it was encoded in a Korean character set.

This is due to the fact that BugZilla did not specify a character set for the
page. It should have specified utf-8.
