User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2 Although bug 69114 is marked as "resolved fixed" (and I can't reopen it), at least Firefox 1.0.2 German still (or again) has this bug. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Manually add Firefox as the default handler of .url files (since it did not do this itself). 2. double-click on a .url file that was created with IE (or Opera?) 3. Firefox shows the content, for instance: [InternetShortcut] URL=http://www.andernacherprinz.de/prokla.jpg Actual Results: Well, Firefox showed this: [InternetShortcut] URL=http://www.andernacherprinz.de/prokla.jpg Expected Results: It should show the image (prokla.jpg) instead. Just reopen bug 69114 (and actually fix it) ...

Always test a bug with a recent trunk build before you open a bug based on a bug in an old branch build. 1.0.2 is 1.0 + security fixes (but not with additional fixes that went into the trunk) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 69114 ***
