Image favicon (auto-generated thumbnail) is not shown for the images that are
opened in background. Also, if you open multiple images in background at once
and select some of them while loading, it is possible that the favicon will
represent some that (activated) image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open .jpg image in background


Actual Results:  
Favicon is not shown, or there is favicon of another image.

Expected Results:  
It should show right favicon with thumbnail of the image

if you mean 'if you use view image then go back and the icon for the tab is
still the miniturized icon for the image you just looked at instead of the
favicon', then i see that too on

I usually don't ask for blocking for the bugs that I have submitted, but I think
this one is serious.

I think that it is quite safe to assume that the one who browse image gallery of
any kind will open several images in the background. And then it will lead to
the mess with favicons for those images.

So, if new feature (thumbnail as favicon) is more likely to bring the mess than
something useful, it should be patched or removed.

I can't reproduce it either. Actually, I can't see on my current profile image
thumbs favicons, but on clean profile everything works fine.

I need to build a new profile...
