A very trivial bug, but in the "Select a username" dialogue when Galeon
auto-fills username/password entries the label above the drop-down is
selectable, so it is in the focus chain for no reason.

Basically, the user will never need to select that text, so it probably
shouldn't have selectable labels.
Confirmed, this problem exists under Epiphany too.
