When setting up my e-mail, I selected Tools, Import and then Address Book from
Outlook (which I have been using for years) and it says it is not there and it
does not import to Thunderbird. I tried importing the Address book from Outlook
Express and it worked, but it only has a few of my addresses as the vast
majority are in Outlook.

Reproducible: Always

Outlook needs to be the default mail client in order for import from Outlook to
work.
