blue topic area fields should diplay an arrow which allows the user to collase
or expand each section. Works in IE but not Camino

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.log in to page
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
no arrows, no colapsing

Expected Results:  
arrows and colapsable sections

doesn't work in Safari either, but that's not your fault!

First, can you check in a recent nightly build to see if the bug is still present?

If so, can you find a URL which is not password-protected, provide relevant
sections of the HTML and JavaScript on the page, or perhaps procure a login that
one of the developers can use to view the page?  

It may be some sort of proprietary IE-only javascript code, or it may be a real
bug to be fixed, but no one can figure that out if they can't access the page :-)
