When clicking on Bookmarks to access them I do not get my normal list of
bookmarks but menu items like Bookmark this page; Manage Bookmarks; Bookmark
Toolbar folder; Quick Searches; Firefox and Mizilla Links; and Mozilla Firefox
Start Page. None of these choices take me to my list of Bookmarks. I have tried
them to no avail - and there are too many options to describe here. Mozilla
worked fine up until today or yesterday.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2. Click on Bookmarks
3. Click on all of the next choices but none bring up my Bookmarks

Actual Results:  
None of the combinations of choices led to my Bookmarks

Expected Results:  
Shown me my list of Bookmarks so that I can select one and open it.

I lately have been encountering this same problem whenever I reboot my computer.
I replace some of my many bookmarks yet the next day they are gone. 

When does it happen to you? Is it when there is a system crash? When you simply
reboot the computer? Have you loaded any programs or drives that might conflict
unexpectedly with Firefox?

When I reboot my computer after updating anything my bookmarks are gone.

firefox is being **** about that... and can not get a resolution from anyone

Same problem here. Started this morning. No bookmarks are in the pull down, I have to manage bookmarks. Started with another problem.

What do you mean by "Started with another problem"? If you have lost bookmarks (comments 1 and 2), please see the link in comment 6. Comment 0 is entirely different and it WORKSFORME.

Phil, you're the original reporter. Can you reproduce this still? If not, we need to close it as WFM.
