the site has a message saying that it is downloading information for the site.
however this operation hangs and is stuck. works great in IE. 
BTW - many hebrew sites have problems, and i will start report them from now on.

The html page has 40 errors and no doctype declaration. Someone wrote rather
crappy ASP, it seems. The CSS is also far from perfect. Marking this for tech
evangelism.

Note that contacting the site maintainers is just as important (if not more)
than reporting it in bugzilla.

The aforementioned problem seems to be resolved: site works all-in-all. 

A big problem I've encountered is the top menu bar: mouseover submenus are opened in an offset, and are sometimes un-reachable by the mouse (keyboard TAB or search is the only way, but most people don't use that)

So I guess we should change the title to "Herzliya.muni.il: top menu bar is broken"
