2 bugs when too many tabbed browser are opened:
1) After 20 tabbed browser opened, it is impossible to see the other ones
opened. Adding a scroll bar for managing tabbed browsers could be a good thing
2) When too many tabbed browser are opened, Firefox can crash. In this case, it
is impossible to reuse Firefox unless to use the safer mode version or reboot
the PC and reopen Firefox until after long minutes it can reload all tabbed browser

Please report only 1 issue per bug-report.

issue 1 is bug 221684. It's however not sure yet how you can access the extra
tabs (drop-down lists, prev/next buttons, ...)

issue 2 : do you have a stacktrace or a Talkback-ID (open talkback.exe in the
program folder to see if it was reported)?
