specifies that you can start the Firefox profile manager by
option-doubleclicking the Firefox icon. 
This doesn't work. Manually specifying -profilemanager to the binary does work,
though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open finder
2.locate Firefox icon
3.option double-click

Actual Results:  
Firefox started.

Expected Results:  
Started the profile manager.
