The alt text of the properties of an image is:
"The image “https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/mozilla-banner.gif” cannot be
displayed, because it contains errors."


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any page
2.right-click image, view image
[shows the image by itself]
3.right-click image, properties


Actual Results:  
Alternate Text: "The image “https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/mozilla-banner.gif”
cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."


Expected Results:  
I think the "Alternate Text" should not be there, or blank,
but definitely not "...errors." as above

bug 177747 is core but that depends on how they want to fix that.
One bug should be enough (and I`m sure they will fix FF also if they fix bug 177747)
