Alt+click on link results in wrong file name on some links

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Left click
http://pdagold.com/software/download.asp?s=79&d=/files/software/0000000079/patiences%203.4.exe
2. Alt+left click
http://pdagold.com/software/download.asp?s=79&d=/files/software/0000000079/patiences%203.4.exe
3.

Actual Results:  
File names are not the same.

Expected Results:  
The right file name is in the first case, and it should be used in both situation.
