289449 - "Force links that open new windows " option no longer works for Hotmail.

With the option "Force links that open new windows to open in:
 -> A NEW TAB"
set, visit hotmail and empty the junk mail folder. Until last week or so, this
would spawn a new window "Are you sure that you want to empty your junk mail
folder?" which was deferred to a new tab.

However, as of last week, the Firefox option is circumvented and the dialog
appears in a new window again, instead of being forced into a new tab.


Seen it both on nightlies on XP Pro SP1 and OS X 10.3.8
