28946 - Unable to delete item from bookmarks using right click delete function

This is on nightly build from 02/22/00 Build ID 2000022208






Select Manager Bookmark from the Bookmark window.






When the Bookmark window come up right click on any of the bookmarks.






A new menu pops up... select delete bookmark.... nothing happends.






Note: Selectting Delete from the Edit menu works and will delete selected bookmark

Confirmed "Delete Bookmark" item on Context Menu for bookmark in Manage 
Bookmarks dialog does nothing, while Edit>Delete works properly,
with 2000-02-22-16-M14 and 2000-02-23-08-M14 on WinNT 4.0

Pressing the [Delete] key while there is a highlighted bookmark does nothing
either.

the manage bookmarks context menus aren't working period. dupe of bug 28238
the home,end, pgUP, pgDown, and delete keys not working is bug 26543
