There seems to be something up with display of the vertical scroll bar in the
current (20050406) nightly.  Vertical scrolling is working fine with the
keyboard or scroll-wheel, but the scoll bar is not showing up.

I'm using a clean install, new profile, default theme.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a page longer than one page
2. View result
Fixed in the latest Nightly 0407
