I've copied the devedge site to chameleon:/data/devmo-dev/devedge.  You can
reach it on the web at:

http://developer-test.mozilla.org/devedge/

It doesn't work well there, however, because it appears to contain some
hardcoded root-relative paths.  We can fix this by placing it on its own domain
name, f.e. devedge-temp.mozilla.org, or we can edit the source, of which the
former solution is probably easier than the latter.
