289508 - pressing HOME goes to top of message instead of beginning of line

With linux trunk 2005040703, pressing HOME sometimes will go to the top of the
quoted block instead of the beginning of the current line.  This only seems to
affect plain text composition.

1. reply to a message
2. delete 1 or more quotes lines.  Be sure to start selecting from the beginning
of a line and finish at the beginning of another line (delete the whole line)
3. hit enter to create a blank line
4. hit up arrow to go to the new blank line
5. start typing
6. hit HOME
==> the cursor goes to the first quoted line instead of the beginning of the
current line

Andrew, is this a regression?  Do you know from when?
