289512 - crash when closing firefox while loading java-applet

In the page http://www.dasoertliche.de you can search for phonenumbers. when you
enter a "Suchwort" (searchphrase) like meier and "Ort oder Vorwahl" (location or
prefix) like 089 and you click on "->Suchen" (Search) then firefox load an
java-applet. But loading the applet takes a very long time but firefox don't
change the webpage. Normally it should. I tried to close firefox and the an
error occured

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit the webpage www.dasoertliche.de
2.Enter a searchphrase an a prefix (see details)
3.Wait a minute or longer
4.Try close firefox

Actual Results:  
Firefox crashed and an errormessage is displayed

Expected Results:  
Load the page normally and primarily do not crashing.

Another way to reproduce this bug (for me Firefox don't crash but stop behaving normally) java build 1.5.0_04-b05

1)load http://chat.mmradio.org/
2)close the tab before the java plugin have finish loading

Afterward Firefox is not able to load any other pages and when closing Firefox it don't shutdown completely.
