I can see this bug with Thunderbird version 1.0+ (20050407) for win32. When I start Thunderbird with the command line option "-safe-mode" all extensions are active but the extension manager shows them as inactive (grayed out). This only happens for this trunk build. Tested with a current branch build doesn't show this issue. So this have to be a regression.

It also happens for version 1.0+ (20050407) under Linux. OS => ALL
OS: Windows 2000 → All

I could tracked back this bug until the 20th february. Builds before that date aren't working. You only get a small window with approx. 100x60 pixel.

This bug was fixed by another checkin between the 20050511 and 20050512. Seems that it was bug 293461. I can't find another checkin. Fixed by bug 293461.
