I'm runing firefox 1.2 on a samsung x50 notebook, with winXP pro installed.
scrolling with the touchpad does not work: the small vertical scrolling bar
appears on screen, but does not scroll the page up or down (or left and right
dor the matter)touchpad controller: synaptics V6.1

ps: I apologize for any typos, english is not my first, nor my second language.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firefox
2.load a page
3.try to scroll with the touchpad

Actual Results:  
page daes not scroll. you must scroll with the broser scroll bars

Expected Results:  
scroll the page up and down, when touching on the designated area of the
touchpad, for that function
