In both 1.0.1 and 1.0.2, if I have more than one tab open in a window, Selecting
the menu item Bookmarks/Bookmark this page... will not open the bookmark
generation window.  If I delete all tabs but one, the bookmark generation window
will once more appear when I use the menu item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have a single tab open.  Select Bookmarks/Bookmark this page from menu. 
Bookmark window opens.
2.  Create new tab.
3. Try to generate a bookmark using menu.  Will fail
4. Delete tab
5. Try to generate bookmark.  Will succeed.

Actual Results:  
Bookmark generation fails if more than one tab open

Expected Results:  
Opened the bookmark generation window, regardless of number of tabs open

BTW, This did not happen in 1.0, but started happening as soon as I upgraded to
1.0.1, and continues in 1.0.2.  Sorry it took me so long to mention it.
