When comparing the output of different runs of jsDriver.pl, it is difficult to
identify the changes from one run to the next using diff since the output
contains anchors and links to anchors whose name's are created by concatenating
"failure$failures" where $failures is the count of errors seen so far in the
run. This patch removes those anchors and the next/prev navigation links as well
as adds the engine command line to the Retest List section at the end of the
report.
