Not much more detail than the summary.  They simply don't work 99% of the 
time.  Oddest thing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mail
2.  Try them..
3. it fails

Actual Results:  
It just sits there


Expected Results:  
gone to the next or previous message.
Pretty sure this is a dupe of bug 235666.  Am marking as such, feel free to
reopen if I'm wrong
