using 2/23 build of mozilla 1) launch mozilla 2) launch editor 3) insert text 4) make it a link 5) Format | Remove all styles 6) enter some more text after notice the text after the link becomes italic and still in link mode... all platforms.
changing summary.....it actually becomes bold-italic-underline link...

After making a link, what is the selection?
the selection is the link!
First, "Remove All Styles", which will be changed to "Remove All Text Styles" in M15 should NOT remove or terminate a link, thus the link has nothing to do with the real problem. You can get it to happen by simply typing some text, then use "Remove All Styles", and you get italics+underline (I don't see any bold).
