While Firefox is loading content, fast drag and drop actions can cause a crash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure that you have some draggable (normal) bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar
2. Visit a (slow loading) website or open multiple websites in tabs
3. Drag and Drop bookmarks back and forth (as fast as possible)

Alternative try to drag tabs if you've a tab dragging extension installed
Actual Results:  
Crashes after a while

Expected Results:  
No crash

Reproduced on Win98 and WinME
