While minimo is starting, if the user is opening other programs minimo may not
display the home page properly.  If, while minimo is registering files, the user
opens other programs Minimo may display an Error -2142568446 and not display the
home page.  Upon trying this again, Minimo displayed a white page instead of the
home page.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start minimo, fresh install
2.  Try opening other programs, accessing the start menu, ect.
3.

Actual Results:  
Minimo displays an error when opening the home page.

Expected Results:  
Displayed the home page.

A splashscreen to indicate to the user that minimo is starting up could resolve
this bug without much trouble.  Block the user from opening another app while
minimo is initially registering files.
