When entering blood glucose readings, one chooses "add" or "edit" after which a
popup windows appears allowing data entry.  In all versions since the nightly
version prior to the above the popup window will not appear.  I've checked all
the popup manager and itl shows that popups are allowed.
Works ok in version 20050404.  Has not worked since.

1.https://www.diabetease.com/securelogin.htm
2.use esharp Password 73es88
3.attempt to add or edit an entry.

Actual Results:  
The popup windows allowing data entry did not appear.


Expected Results:  
A popup window should appear in the upper left corner allowing entry of data

works in my build here. Maybe you can check again with tomorrows build, i think
the checkin for Bug 289456 fixed this? Don't forget to change your password then
if you don't want some idiots to enter fake data :)!
