The Javascript based drop down menus fail to open with nightly builds 04/07/05
and later. The last working version is nightly build 04/05/05. The relevant
javascript actions they are calling are "onclick" and "onmouseout."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the url.
2. Click on one of the green tabs at the top (i.e. "Go", "New", "Find", etc).

Actual Results:  
The menu system does nothing.

Expected Results:  
Another menu should have dropped down to allow more choices or text input.
Confirm.
Neither "onclick" nor "onmouseover" work as well as bug289635.
