IN this page (fluttering as I type)as well as many others (too many to type
here), I get a fluttering screen (up and down). The first time I encountered it
was when I put the star icon on the toolbat to easily access my favorites. The
first time I clicked on it, the screen began to flutter. It continued to flutter
even after I clicked the star again to turn the favorites off. I could not get
it to stop until I dialed a different URL (any) and it stopped. Now, it is
becoming more often and randomly. Please help!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click and drag the star icon on to the toolbar.
2.Click the star to activate favorites list on the left side of screen.
3.Watch it flutter.

Actual Results:
Explained in the detail section.

Expected Results:
Just opened the favorites bar on the left side of my screen.

It's not immediately obvious whether it is a bug in the theme or is the theme
revealing an existent bug in mozilla. In case you think it's a bug in Firefox,
some kind of minimal testcase should be created.
