289799 - Bookmarks in Bookmarks menu are not sortable

This is amazing!  How can such a simple request receive suce abuse.  Numerous
complaints have been filed (e.g., 211023, 269312), but requests have been
ignored, dismissed, or contested.  By providing the OPTION of sorting bookmarks
as they are displayed in the Bookmarks menu, individuals should be provided the
option to EASILY sort by name or sort by location -- this is provided in the
"Bookmarks Manager" (BMgr) but changes made in BMgr are not reflected in the menu.

P.S.  I indicated "All" for Operating System, but I have personally only checked
 Microsoft OSs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.+ Open Bookmarks menu, NO OPTION is avialable for sorting menu folder(s)
2.+ Open Bookmarks Manager, sort a specific folder by name or location
3.++ Close Bookmarks Manager
4.++ Re-open same folder (just sorted in Bookmarks Manager), NO CHANGE!
Actual Results:  
No changes were reflected in the Bookmark folder(s) that I sorted.

Expected Results:  
Reflected the changes made in Bookmarks Manager in the Bookmarks menu folders

Firefox is heralded in many circles as the quintessential browser -- the best
available.  I have chosen "Major" as a severity level in the hopes that a fix be
implemented in response to the dozens of complaints about this missing feature.

Many users have hundreds of bookmarks and require an easy way to find the one(s)
they need at a given moment.  Thank you for reading this.

This works for me. You are using an old version of firefox. Could you please
download a later version that as this feature.

No Gabriel, this doesn't work. The reporter is talking about sorting the
bookmark-menu, not the sidebar or the window.

It's still a dupe of the various bugs that have been filed before.
