Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the button to see the list of available engines

Actual Results:  
Only item in the menu is "Add engines..."

Expected Results:  
Shown the list of available engines. Allowed user to change what engine is used.

WFM - build 20050410, OS X v10.3.7.  Can anyone else confirm the reporter's
findings or mine?

Several browser restarts later it's now showing up for me... it was either a
random fluke or the bug is depedent on something else.
