in a bookmarks Propertis, often when you try to select the text/url by dragging
the mouse from left to right(AND try to mark from the very begging, with other
words, to the left of the first letter/sign)in the "Location:" text box.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a bookmark properties
2.Try to select the url in "Location:" (before the first letter/wsign (left of
the first letter/segn))
3.Not sure, but I think the text in "Name:" can't be marked for this to happen
the first time you enter the bookmarks properties.

Actual Results:  
couldn't select the url

Expected Results:  
it should have started to select the url and select the url so far as I hold in
the left mouse button.
