Right click + Close Tab doesn't work when 1 tab is used

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tab browse with one tab only.
2. Right click on tab.
3. Note that it's not possible to choose Close Tab.

it replaces the closed tab with a blank one.
This is intended behaviour.
