User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; TencentTraveler )
Build Identifier:

After I add a new user,I clicked the added user to edit it,when I was trying to
edit the "Group Access" of this user,I found the groups "canconfirm"
and "editbugs" were shown with grey bar.And the instruction says "User is a
member of any groups shown with a check or grey bar. A grey bar indicates
indirect membership, either derived from other groups (marked with square
brackets) or via regular expression (marked with '*')."
so it means every user that I added would be a member of group "editbugs" and
can edit all the bugs even if this user is not the bug reporter or asignee.
I do not know how to remove this restrict.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new user.
2. In listing user page, click the newly added user account to enter editing
user page.
3. The group "canconfirm" and "editbugs" in Group Access part are shown with
grey bar.

Actual Results:
All the added user will be members of "editbugs" group and can edit all the
bugs even if they are not the reporters or asignees.

Expected Results:
Tell me how to remove this restriction,I want only the asignee or reporter of a
bug can edit this bug.
This is not a support forum.

Just change the userregex when you're editing "groups." (It's in the bar at the
bottom.)
