When I visit a secure UK site there is no "padlock" security icon showing in the
taskbar. It does show a "veritas" icon on one site and an "XRamp security
services inc" on a US (I think) site.
Are these Ok or should it be the padlock item?

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
IE6 shows this padlock
Which site? Padlock is fine for me in 1.0.2 for, for example,
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org
There's a padlock on the statusbar, and one in the url-bar. The names Veritas
and XRamp come from the actual security certificate.
No reply in over 4 months, not enough info -> invalid.
