I use Paperport 10 to capture and file relevant web page information. I do this
a lot and find it very helpful. When I clicked on the Paperport Icon on the
taskbar there was no "capture entire page" option available. As a matter of fact
none of the capture options were available. I went back to IE and went to the
same web site and all Paperport 10 options worked.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Web page is displayed
2.Click on Paperport 10 Icon in tray
3.Options to capture page do not work
Actual Results:
All options were grey and unavailable
Expected Results:
The options to capture only the visible part of the page or the entire page
should have appeared. Then when the "entire page" was checked the display should
have flashed up and down for its whole length and then Paperport 10 loads and
captures and labels and files for later retrieval.
I suppose this is the "summary" your program requires. The problem is as
follows: When displaying a web page that contains information I wish to file
electronically I usually go to the Paperport Web Capture icon in the tray and
click on it. The menu pops up and I select "Capture Entire Page". The display
then flashes up and down the page and Paperport 10 loads and captures and files
the entire page for later retrieval in the folder that I have open when the
program loads. This is incredibly convenient for the large amount of daily
investigative reports and reports of market production changes. With this
Paperpport 10 I can save the pages and they are filed with keywords so I can
retrieve them later. Otherwise I need to print them out and file the paper or
print them out and scan them in and OCR them and save them.

Reporter:
It seems that Paperport doesn't support Firefox.
This is a missing feature in Paperport and not a bug in Firefox itself.
Please ask the Paperport developers for help
-> invalid (no Firefox bug)
