a:hover causes layout to change recursively

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pass the mouse cursor over the red link "scrivi un commento".
2. repeat "while (true)"

Actual Results:  
layout changes repeatedly

Expected Results:  
layout should stay as it is (or at least it should turn back in its prevoius state)

I can see the bug in Mozilla1.7, but not in the latest nightly trunk build.
Reporter, could you please test again with the latest nightly trunk build?
