Expected Results:  
Displayed a blank chart desktop
Requires Java ... User prob. doesnt have Java installed.
Reproducible, with Java Plug-in 1.5.0_02 and Mozilla 1.7.7RC or Firefox 1.0.2
the statusbar says "Applet chartwindow/ChartWindow notinited", the Java Console
shows the following error message:

load: class chartwindow/ChartWindow not found.

The charting program is loaded with IE6 after a security warning (certificate
expired/issued by untrusted company).
