currently reads "This keyword is added to bugs that have a talkback ID reported
and which need that stack trace recovered and added to the bug". 

should this be annotated as obsolete and depricated because traces no longer
need to be attached to the bug?  traces are available from the talkback server.

talkback ids refer to temporary data. if you don't copy the stacks to the bugs
*quickly*, the association between the stack and the module information will be
lost. if you wait long enough the stack itself will be lost.
