Reproduction:
configure with --enable-single-profile

Actual result:
Function Ensure1Window fails
App quits on startup, or even infinite restart loop.
What is this bug about? --enable-single-profile is a required build option for
Firefox (it's in the default mozconfig). It is not compatible with the suite.
seems like I confused this flag with something else. INVALID until I know more.
