User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050401 Firefox/1.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050401 Firefox/1.0.3 In CZ is impossible to change charset for DCC-chat. Charset changes in *client* tab doesn't effect on DCC-chat tabs. Even if DCC-chat session will be opened after charset change in *client* view. Silver (or somebody else) have fixed this problem in one of the nightbuilds in CZ 0.9.67 http://twpol.dyndns.org/mozilla/chatzilla/nightly/xpi/chatzilla-0.9.67-dcc-prefs-2005020416.xpi DCC-chat was working fine in windows-1251 codepage (I've tested it with mIRC-chat client) In CZ 0.9.68a problem appears again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.just start DCC-chat session 2.begin to speak using non-ASCII characters (in cyrilic) Actual Results: other side will never see the same characters as were in input (broken unicode-->current charset of *client* conversion) Expected Results: CZ should convert characters as it shoul be :)

To get encoding support for dcc chats, dcc needs preferences. When those preferences arrive, charset will be one of them, according to bug 281172. Marking this duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 281172 ***
