The pull down menus seem to be oriented a fixed distance from the left edge of
the window instead of under the corresponding menu bar (ie. "About  Capabilities
..."). When the window is wide (> 1000 pixels) the pull down menu is so far away
from the corresponding menu button that the pull down disappears when you try to
select a button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the page.
2.Expand the window width to > 1000 pixels.
3.Put cursor over "About"
4.A menu pops up.
5.Try to select the top button on the pull down menu ("Profile")
6.The pull down menu will disappear before you can get your cursor there.

Expected Results:  
Pull down menu should be centered under "About"
